Organizing community screening camps for sensory neuropathy, peripheral artery disease (ABI testing), and early callus management to avert severe ulceration before it begins.
Patient & Caregiver Empowerment
Engaging patients and their families with multilingual educational materials, footwear selection guidance, daily foot inspection routines, and glycemic control counseling.
Regional Clinical Leadership
Serving as the centralized referral and coordination network across districts, ensuring rapid escalation to surgeons and vascular specialists when urgent intervention is necessary.
